Skeletor – seriously… Invader Zim? Skeletor would look at him, and Zim would evaporate in an electrical storm of ancient Greyskull power. I learned true fear as a child from two villians: Skeletor and Lord Dread.

Megatron – only because Starscream isn’t in the list vs… wtf? Mr. Snorg or something was it? All he did was build some big tree stomping machine and smoke and everlasting stogie. Plus, Megatron has the ultimate badge of evil of all time, the ultimate kill-mark, killing Optimus Prime! Win… in fact, he’s going all the way.

Plankton – Kori and I argued over this one quite alot, but when I realized it was Dick Dastardly instead of Boris (from Rocky & Bullwinkle)… I agreed. Plankton is evil, gets stepped on, hatches evil plots, only to get foiled by a sponge and a starfish who are so dumb, they’re still in grade school despite being old enough to hold down jobs making Crabby Patties.

Gargamel – Brain is quite the mastermind, but his plans aren’t evil. He only wants to take over the world because it’s there for the taking. Only Gargamel can claim to have created life, albeit only a couple smurfs, frankenstein style. Plus Azrael (his cat) is hungry for some mice. Brain’s going in the Meow Mix. Pinky, likely, is just dumb-lucky enough to survive (like Spongebob).

The Brain is the top dog…er mouse.

Pinky: Gee, Brain. What are we going to do tonight?

The Brain: The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Try to take over the world.

I’m saying Pinky becasue I can’t remember who the guy up against him is! I recognise him but can’t think where from. But lets face it, Pinky wins hands down. He’s a mouse.
